QNAP Plex - cannot claim server | always says update is available | errors in log that I don't understand

Plex working find on QNAP for months,routinely updating Plex. Installed updated Plex server on QNAP. Did not work any longer. Still indicates that updates are available. Uninstalled Plex server. Reinstalled previous version. Did not work. Reinstalled current version. Still not working. Unclaimed server error. If already logged in on Plex screen. Click claim server, short pause still unclaimed server. If not logged in, click claim server, get login screen, confirmation that login was successful, and then pop up from claim server screen that login was unsuccessful. I do not understand the nature of the errors in the log or what to try to correct them. I included logs from the current and previous version of Plex media server. You have network issues.

Make sure you have a defined gateway

Dane22, You were spot on. The QNAP gateway IP address got messed up. I am unsure how. Perhaps as a result of a QNAP firmware update. Thank-you very much for your timely accurate diagnosis. Stuart
