Qnap Plex server search function stopped working

Hello. I have the Plex server version 1.27.0.5897 that I installed manually in my Qnap with firmware 4.5.4.2012. I uploaded to Plex server 1.27 to see if this could fix the issue that the search is not working. I’m using the iPad and iPhone application 8.3 latest from app store. With the default version of the Plex server in the qnap the 1.23.4.4805 was working and suddenly stopped I upgraded to the 1.27 as I said and nothing. Simply if you search for a movie or name of a movie is not shown. However the movies are there if you navigate manually not using the search feature. How can I fix the search feature in the Plex server in my Qnap? Thank you

Please do a new search, and right after that, tell us what you searched for, as well as upload a zip with PMS Logs

I just want to mention I did this:

Of course applying the commands for qnap and not worked. I recreated the database, delete the file and all the ways and nothing same results. No search feature.

What could be the problem?

I solved removing the app and lost some information but when I reinstalled as new everything worked. Is a bug maybe. I checked in this forum and apparently this failure happened to other users.
