# Question: 2 libraries pointing to the same folder - what happens?

If I were to do this, would it double-up on the meta data for the TV series in the folder or does it recognise it already exists?

2 libraries = 2 independent items in the database.  
From what I remember only the viewing state / ratings are linked to the movie/show id.
