# Random crashes in latest Plexamp for Android

I just set my username, so I don’t know if that will help. It is [readcted].
As I stated in my review in the Google Play store, ever since the update to the latest version I get random crashes. Note that I don’t get the traditional crash where I can send you a log file. The app just stops and then disappears - POOF! I’ll be playing music from the lock screen, and all of the sudden nothing, no music. I go back and select Plexamp and it starts right back like nothing had happened. The other instance was similar in that Plexamp was in the background, I logged into my phone and as soon as the Plexamp screen appeared, it disappeared.
Unfortunately that is all I know. Other than these latest problems, I’m totally loving your app! By far it gets the most use out of all the apps on my phone!

interesting, i do see some crashes from you (about three for a day).
are you pretty sure this started with the latest version? would you be willing to try some APKs to see if we can narrow it down? the crash itself appears to be relatively rare, and also fairly mysterious in terms of cause.
feel free to reach out via DM if you can lend a hand, bonus points if you can provide logcat right after the crash.
