# Random 'TV' style viewing

I find myself and family often just want to turn on the TV and scroll through what is on even though it has adverts and is part way through.
Plex could easily add a ‘channel’ to watch random library content playing from a random position with the option to view something else in the same way by ‘changing channel’ just like TV.
It would be good if you could set up the balance of content in each ‘channel’ e.g. age / genre / TV Shows
