# RasPi crashes PMS on unRaid

Anyone else been able to get RasPlex to play nice with PMS on unRaid?
So far, I haven't been able to play a single movie, hangs like crazy and RasPlex crashes PMS on unRaid - only way to get PMS started again is to restart unRaid which isn't something I want to do.
512 Pi, Class 10SD, current version of unRaid Plex PMS.
Any help would be appreciated.

I run plex off my unraid server and am not having any issues with rasplex. Although I haven’t updated my PMS version in a few months. Other than that, I’m hard wired between both devices. Are you connecting via Ethernet or wifi?

That sounds very strange, since the Pi shouldn't be requesting any transcoding (unless you're forcing it on the Pi), and I don't know what would cause PMS to act strange... especially on just one platform.
Try this: telnet into unRAID, then run a "top" session so you can monitor CPU usage. Try to play something on the Pi and see what PMS does. Is it maxing out CPU? Is it doing anything at all? Strange how it seems like you're getting your metadata populated fine, but when playing a file (which shouldn't be transcoded, unless you're forcing it on the Pi), it would hang PMS.

Confused.
So tried Indiana Jones LC (AC5.1) on 0.1.30 and it would stutter. Enabled "Enable Media Link down-mixing of DTS audio" on PMS and retried - it didn't stutter. Madagascar 3 wouldn't work either way (AC5.1).
Upgraded to 0.1.37, Madagascar 3 now plays fine.
On either builds CPU is only around 8% with two movies streaming. One movie is playing via a Mac Mini wireless, the Pi is hard wired.
Wall-E doesn't work to well. Buffers a lot.
Also noticed that the Remote Communication service crashes when starting a move from the PlexApp. UI and commands from the PlexApp are laggy. Is that normal on this build?

Stuttering on the Pi could be due to DTS audio for sure. It's not powerful enough to decode DTS on the device itself. The other items... I'm at a loss.
