A question, is it necessary to have a dedicated IP to be able to have plex with remote access? I have 2 routers on each of different ISPs, and with neither of them the plex works, even if I reinstalled it on one of the routers, you can configure the ports on the other, everything is blocked, now call the support of the router where the connection is blocked. port option and he told me that I needed a dedicated company IP the cost is 5 times more than paying for normal home Internet I need help, some advice please I also thank you for answering my previous questions.

You don’t need a „dedicated (company) IP“ (=static ip address?)… just a publicly routable IPv4 address.
That being said… your ISP might not offer such an option to get the extra buck for the more expensive offering.
