# Reactivate Tidal account

Hi,  
I have created and tested for a few weeks tidal with plex when the announcement was made last year.  
I, then, canceled my tidal account.

Now, I would like to reactivate this account, but I have an error when I arrive at the account creation part saying that I can’t benefit of that offer (premium at 8.99€)

So what can I do?  
Please help.
