# Receiving error code when trying to play on any device on local network

Server Version#:1.43.2.10687  
Player Version#:1.109.0.329  
Yesterday for when I installed the Plex app on a windows 11 laptop, I received password failure. I entered the correct password and received same message. So I reset the password.  
I have tried to use the plex app on many different items on the same local network, from a windows laptop, to a fire stick and a fire tv.  
I can watch on the server, I can watch on my IOS phone. But I get the following on a windows laptop with a fresh install (never had app on it before)  
Error Code 4294967283  
but when I connect to the server using the webpage on the laptop everything works fine.  
is there a problem with the app?
