Reclaiming Server on Synology strange issue

Changed password and logged out of all devices and then logged back in but then i cannot reclaim the server just get the following message

“Not authorized You do not have access to this server. You may be able to claim it by choosing “Open Plex…” from the Plex menu in the macOS menu bar or Windows system tray”

What is odd is that when i logged into plex for my Roku tv it is fine and get the server and can see all my movies even if the new layout is not great.

Tried on my phone and tablet (Android) but same issue with server and from my Windows PC

If i open directly from Synology plex app same issue no server connection to library

Any help would be much appreciated

You need to re-claim the server. After re-claiming, you may need to restart the client or logout/login to the client app.

From a system on the same network as the NAS, point a browser at the IP address. For example, if the IP address is 10.1.2.3, use http://10.1.2.3:32400/web (use http). Do not use QuickConnect, a domain name, etc.

Login, select the wrench icon (settings). The server should be listed on the left, under the Plex Web section. If so, select General (for server, not Plex Web). Claim the server.
