# Recover managed user after glitch

I wanted to map out the steps for inviting a non-techy friend to my server and created a temporary account to check the emails that get sent. I didnt think twice and deleted the temp account before removing it as a friend and that managed to bork everything and not only kick out my ‘home’ users but it also full-on deleted my only ‘managed’ user that the wife uses.
Please tell me theres a way to recover that account or at least modify the database to change their userid to accomplish the same thing? years of watch history gone to ■■■■ as well as screwing up my stat tracker like Tautulli.
I have plex set to backup the database ‘every three days’ but the latest non-blob file is from back in june (?!). Is the inflated blob file a solid replacement (i have no idea what the blob files even are) or am i screwed?
