You do not have folders in you plex logs, are you using ASS scanner ?  
Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion [anidb-202] ” is for the end of evangelion, as full film or death/rebirth if i am correct

[plex dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) each ti,me you change the series id without changing the folder content to rescan correctly, yes, but if you change the id it’s a new series anyhow…

if an ep doesn’ show at right season or episode, it’s a scanner issue and need scanner logs in your logs folver in a folder named after your library. Files have \*.scanner.log format
