Awesome update, thanks @MagnumDoomguy

I can’t wait to test both this and the new OpenPHT!

It’s… so… beautiful. Thank you.

Is it possible to move “Power” and “System” to the submenu in home windows?

It is via the new Home Menu Customizer.

Can you explain it in detail? I have seen the Home Menu Customizer but couldn´t find a way to move the items to submenu, just disable/enable. I won´t disable “System”

#9

Found it. Thanks for the great update.

@MagnumDoomguy Thanks for this update, and thanks for the work you do on OPHT. Excellent updates here

I’m brand new to this part of Plex: how do I access the settings to add this skin?

Aeon Nox is for the OpenPHT Plex client. Download and install OpenPHT from here: https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/264209/release-openpht-1-8-0

Once OpenPHT is installed Aeon Nox can be downloaded and installed directly from the OpenPHT client itself. Preferences --> Appearance

Thanks - I got it set up. So if I’m understanding correctly, this is totally separate from the Roku channel?

#15

Correct, OpenPHT is completely separate from the Roku channel. OpenPHT is available on a fair bit of different hardware but not everything. Roku apps have their own programming language so porting OpenPHT to the Roku platform is unlikely to happen (would be a massive amount of work, more than the rest of the project combined, and would basically grind all OpenPHT development – particularly with our small team – to a total halt). OpenPHT is a great client though – and runs great even on some very cheap hardware. Definitely my first choice of clients, but obviously I’m biased.

Any way to get back backgrounds for specific libraries? I have a library for my daughter’s shows and would like that to have a different background than my main tv shows background. I also have movies separated into kids movies and my own. If not is it be possible to restrict the selection of “Fan art” only to selections from that particular library?

You mean the homescreen background when you select a certain library? Because in that case I think it already takes the background from the artworks of that specific library.

#18

It currently pulls artwork from whole library

Sure, but you said you have a library for your daughter’s show, I get that you have another library for your own shows. In this case every section should take the artwork from each library. Or did you mean from the whole server media?

#20

It used to work that way. Now the art is grouped by movie, tv show, music, and photo. I have 2 Movie libraries, my daughters and mine. the artwork is now from all movies.
