# Release notes?

I’ve noticed a couple releases on the 4.27 train on both my Sony Android TV and on my mobile devices. Any release notes on what is fixed/what should be tested? Occasionally I get an error message about my connection to my media server (in the same LAN) not being fast enough, and a corresponding error in my plex server logs (Caught exception trying to stream file write: protocol is shutdown) when I first start a video. Stopping and restarting, it direct plays just fine. It’s been this way the past few versions. Running PMS plexpass latest release on Debian and Android TV client.

This is the forum for the beta Android / Android TV app releases. Not for general queries. AFAIK, there hasn’t been a beta Android / Android TV app release?

I’m currently on 4.27.0.219 and I’m not seeing any release notes for it in the general announcements forum so I’m guessing its a beta build since I joined the google play beta.

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll raise it with the team, but I agree that we should find a suitable way to make the Beta release notes available.
