Please help,
I have a Plex media server running through a Mac mini. I have a Sagemcom Broadband modem running into an Asus Router which handles the wifi traffic in my home.
I have a port forwarding rule in the Asus router for the server (set up as suggested by Plex forums) but am still getting intermittent loss of remote access. Do I need to setup a port forwarding rule through the Sagemcom modem as well? Im also beginning to have streaming errors which is weird as my minimum bandwidth at any given time is 50Mbps (sufficient to stream 4K Netflix)
Im at a complete loss

For your router to be accessible from outside your home network, you’ll need to expose it all the way. If your modem is the connection to the outside world, that’s the first place to get that treatment.
