# Remote access keeps disconnecting.. worked fine before

Server Version#:4.8.72  
Player Version#:android  
My plex server keeps disconnecting… This just started… has been running fine for over a yer and a half… I have forwarded a port for plex and it has not made a difference… I need help… (windows 10 pro OS)
