# Remote access not working after migrating server Install

Server Version#: 1.31.2.6810  
Player Version#:

After migrating to a new server Remote access doesn’t work. It stays on for a few minutes then dies. Locally it works fine. I have changed port forwarding to the new server. Rebooted the router and server multiple times. I am getting the following error.
