hi everyone! i moved recently and switched to verizon fios, everything was working with remote access at first until a couple of friends of mine told me they weren’t able to watch anything without it buffering or running into a disconnect screen. then i would see the ‘‘not fully accessible outside of your network’’ go off every 10 minutes after retrying the connection. i have assumed this is a port issue, and i fear i am brand new to this and am trying to wrap my brain around my router settings and the settings i have in plex. will post some screens of the port settings that i have used! please tell me if i have anything wrong!

im guessing the port it automatically assigned to is 20183

and these are the full port settings, if anyone can help me out it would be appreciated times a thousand

I have the exact same issue since last night. It just keeps disconnecting for no reason but worked for years until a few hours ago.

My Server is keeping disconnecting the Remote access connection. When I manually reconnect it goes all green but after a few seconds up to a few minutes, it switches to disconnected. Nothing in my network setup has changed over the last few weeks and this was always working for years now. I share my server with a bunch of p…

Solved for me by manually setting an external port (used the last auto assigned one) and added a port forwarding to my router. Then I had to restart my Modem and router. After that everything works as normal. Maybe that helps.
