# Remote Access not working

I am a plex pass member but I have my server update channel to public. I don’t know why I am still getting beta releases.

Earlier Sunday, my remote access was working fine. Now it won’t connect. I used the port checker to confirm my port 32400 is open. I had to enable [plex relay](https://support.plex.tv/articles/216766168-accessing-a-server-through-relay/) to allow my family access to my server. I should not have to enable [plex relay](https://support.plex.tv/articles/216766168-accessing-a-server-through-relay/).
