Server Version#: 1.18.0.1892
Player Version#:

Had no problem with remote access and recently moved. Remote access worked for one day, perfect, until recently. Now I can’t get it to stay green. Have rebooted the server, the docker container, and the router/switch multiple times with no luck. I have also logged in and out and forgotten the server many times as well.Uploaded the server logs. I stopped docker image, deleted the Preferences.xml, and restarted the image as I saw this worked in another post, [Plex Media Server.log](https://forums.plex.tv/uploads/short-url/zXgZr776YegEHFxOoiiJHX2gRVV.log) (3.0 MB)

Yup, have port forward to 32400. I’ve tried to connect with it on and off, and am getting indirect connections (occasionally). Other times it doesn’t work at all.

Check [canyouseeme.org](http://canyouseeme.org) for success on your port.

I checked this evening and there is no access via canyouseeme. I’ve rebooted all my network equipment in the past, worth a shot to try it again?

Sure! I have a dual ethernet card in my NAS on two different networks. I have two sets of port forwarding rules that address all the ports for these internal IPs. I had some remote users do troubleshooting for me last night. They are able to connect to the Plex through a device such as their iPad, but they cannot connect to it through their TV.

from what I have seen multiple NIC devices are nothing but trouble for remote access.

Have you set this option to the NIC you want to use?

not sure why anyone would run a dual NIC setup like this but everyone always has their reason.
I would suggest you get rid of one NIC and see if it stabilizes.

Yup, I have it on the 192.168.3.74 card. I’ll try, though it was working just fine until a recent update to the server (beta channel). I believe it was the first .18 release.

I Have Been Having Trouble Keeping Mine Available Outside Of My Network!

Seems That The [Plex.tv](http://Plex.tv) Server Just Randomly Decides To Take My Server Out!

I May Work For A Week, A Few Days, A Few Hours, A Few Minutes Or Not Even Last A Minute!

I Reset & Reset & Reset & Reset & Finally Back Online!

Then It Is Taken Back Offline! Nothing Has Changed On My Server And My NightHawk Netgear Router!

I Have Frontier FIOS 500/500 Internet Service!

It Has Ran Fine For 4 Years! Now For The Last 3 Months, I Can Not Trust It!

These Are Not User Side Issues; These Are Plex Software Issues!!!
