Hi,

I think you are encountering the same bug like i do on the ios client ([iOS Plex app won't give transcode options above 480p](https://forums.plex.tv/t/ios-plex-app-wont-give-transcode-options-above-480p/801671)) Try with an android client or the web client, if u can select the desired bitrates there, its just the very annoying ios client bug …
