Remote Access shows as good but its not

My server 2019 with PLex 1.18.1.1973 on it is showing as good to go but connecting to it outside of the network shows as through the Relay. THe port is opened as per the bottom image (port query). The top image shows connecting through an outside connection and refreshing many times still shows the server as good but Indirect. Mobile app is showing as Limited connection.

Router is an ASA5505. Nat is set up correctly and it is forwarding the port as the port query from outside shows. The third image is from an online port scanner also showing the port open.

Can you downgrade?

I have seen a few reports of issues while port scanners show success.

hehe. I would if this wasnt a migration done the other day! Id rather post a bug and wait for a patch to tell you the truth.

So now it is showing as not connectable from outside while attached to the inside network.

I think I saw a couple others as well.

May not be but I haven’t upgraded to the version you are at yet either.

yeah i always leave it be for a few days in case they pull it.

I jut restarted the server after a bunch of differing results and its showing as connectable now. My mobile app doesnt complain anymore…

Ill leave this thread going for a bit. Maybe others are seeing this goofy behavior. Ill also check Plex a bunch of times externally this weekend to see what its up to.

yeah i dont know if it keeps going out or what. I sometimes see my content showing as “Unavailable” when i stop watching a show but then, hitting “back”, everything is still fine… May be this new version is borked and I coincidentally upgraded to it while migrating from win7 to win2019… meh.
