# Remote access stoped working suddenly

Having the exact same issue, also out of nowhere. Was watching things last night no problem, woke up this morning and remote access is showing the exact same behavior. Local connections are requiring insecure connections as well. Seems to be an issue with the Plex service - I haven’t been able to find any cause/solution on my end.

Edit: Port configurations and results from [canyouseeme.org](http://canyouseeme.org) are attached below. All is configured correctly, and can be accessed by going to the IP:Port manually. However remote access is not working. Seems to be an issue with the service.
