# Remote Access Switching off issue

Here is my problem.
I am able to switch on remote access without a problem (and get the confirmation green tick that it is working). However, after some time remote access turns off by itself (and I see the red cross exclamation mark). I then have to disable and then enable Remote Access for it to start working again.
Just wondering what i could do to prevent this from happening.
