Remote Access(tunnel) working only on iOS devices

As my server sits behind CGNAT, I’ve created an ngrok tunnel for plex and included this in the ‘Custom server access URLs’. All iOS devices not on my local network seem to work fine with no issues, however android client apps can’t connect to the server and gives an error that the server is offline when in reality it’s not. This is also the case for android tv and nvidia shield client apps.

Is your tunnel using a publicly routable IPv4 address? If this is currently only working on iOS/tvOS devices (and potentially Plex Web), your connection might be using an IPv6 address instead (which isn’t supported on other platforms at the moment).

I’m not 100% sure whether it’s using an iPv4 address as I’m using the free tier of ngrok
