# Remote access unstable

Server Version#: Version 1.16.0.1226 (My Cloud Home)  
Player Version#:

My Remote was working in the past and it doesn"t work anymore.

Each time, I enable access through the Plex interface, it switches to green for few seconds and then quickly go back to the status where the server is not accessible in Remote Access.

I’m little bit stuck in what to do to fix this issue.  
Thanks for your potential ideas.
