Attached is relevant part of [Server Log](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) where my friend is unable to access my server remotely.
I have a plex server running on a windows laptop that IS NOT behind a VPN. Remote access works great for me and has worked in varying countries with no issues. My friend is working abroad right now and has NordVPN on his tablet and is having issues connecting to my server. His access worked before getting NordVPN but has since stopped. A movie will play for about a minute then will just cut out with no error message or anything. We have attempted to troubleshoot ourselves but am running into a wall. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
