hey everyone

i have a question for everyone. when i connect my ip vanish (vpn) my remote access says it cant connect how can i fix this?

Don’t use VPN as it changes your IP address. Is the VPN running in the computer the server is on or directly on the router?

I have a vpn on the computer too. I use it on demand but not often. Is yours on 100% of the time or just when needed?
