# Remote control back button has no action

Hi, new Plex user here coming from WMC. My media center remotes don’t seem to be fully functional within Plex, primarily the back button. Running Plex server and Plex media player on an updated Windows 10 x64 with lots of resources. On the remote control, the back button functions correctly under WMC and even within Windows, the back button action functions. However within Plex, the back button seems to be completely ignored. How are you all using Windows remote controls with Plex? Any suggestions appreciated, thanks!
