# Remote Disappointed

Thanks for the reply, Yes I did try all that you suggested with no change. Please note that this is only a problem while accessing remotely via [Plex relay](https://support.plex.tv/articles/216766168-accessing-a-server-through-relay/), see more info here on this thread:
