# Remote upload to server computer

A feature that allowed for the upload of media and especially subtitle files from a remote computer to the server computer would be a great feature. &nbsp;A start with the ability to add SRT files would be awesome.&nbsp;

could this not already be done outside of Plex? I would imagine that having it integrated directly within plex may put unnecessary work on the plex server.

I just point a plex folder to a btsync "upload" folder and send movies up. Then when I'm back at the server, I move it to a more descriptive folder.&nbsp;

I would like this feature as well. The ability to add media to my libraries through the Plex Web application.
