I like On Deck. It's a great feature. But there are some shows I start that I'm just not going to finish, and I would rather they not have a long term place on my home screen. ---

Then either adj. the time to keep stuff on deck, or move to a new section, and exclude that from the onDeck/Recently  /T ---

Right now you can exclude entire Libraries from showing up in the On Deck.  I would love to be able to control that more granularly by excluding a specific TV show or movie from showing up On Deck. Along with that, I would still like it's background to be in the pool of images that show up on the Dashboard, but just not show up On Deck if my kid watches half a movie (which he usually does). ---

What I have done now and may not be a very official or great method but if you _know_ that you are not going to finish something, couldn't you just mark the whole show as watched which would remove it from the on deck section? ---

in the server library settings ( show advanced) is "weeks for on deck". the number entered is the number of weeks without watching something that it shows up in on deck. if you set it to 2 then it will only show the next unwatched episode for 2 weeks then it will drop off until you watch another episode of it. if you set it to 0 then nothing will ever show in  ondeck ---

Although the week counter is quite a simple patch to the issue, it's only that; a work-around. I would love to see this feature put in if only to sate my organizational tendencies (So that I can tell PLEX I won't be watching the next season of this show, without limiting my on-deck to things I've only watched in the past week or so), but will be the first to admit that it's not a deal-breaking problem nor even a medium-priority issue. And once the OCD wave passes, I once again just enjoy the system for what it does rather than what it doesn't. /signed regardless. ---

I would love a fast and easy way to remove things from on deck. Starting play on everything stuck there and rewinding to the end is a bit of a pain. ---
