Removed content (music video) no longer in file structure still appears in library

I’ve got a (couple of) music video(s) showing in my library, despite the fact I’ve removed the files for them.

The files have been gone for months. All the scheduled tasks have been running during these months, plenty of manual library scans, “Refresh All Metadata” and “Empty Trash” jobs have taken place too.

I removed the files in line with Plex documentation

Clicking the item, as if to play, only shows -
Error

This is despite the fact the PMS has always been on an UnRaid server that never even had any drives rebuilt, swapped or added

When the item is selected (with the circle in the upper left when you mouse over) only the following options show -

I’ve asked on r/PleX and no-one has had any ideas beyond what I’ve tried.

The videos show as available on all my devices - Windows, Android, CCwGTV

It’s a known issue, which will be rectified when the new native music scanner/agent goes into production.
