# Repeasting ads'

Can some explain why I get the same ads on EVERY programme / film etc at the start and during the programme ?
All I get is the same ad for HYATT HOTELS AND an ad for the same tv series over and over again …
any ideas ?

Plex does not pick the ads. They are automatic based on what you are watching, where you rare (country), and what time of day. There may not be a lot of ads in the pool to pick from.

But it is the same ad for Hyatt Resorts over and over again - at the start of each film/programe and at regular ‘ad breaks’’ throughout the film/programme…I haven’t been to a Hyatt and haven’t viewed their website so no cookies etc…
Please change the ad or explain how to block them as its spoiling my viewing

You can’t block ads, that’s how Plex makes money. If you can PM me your email address, what and when you were watching, and your public IP, I can check if we show anything odd on our end.
