# "Reported Issues" bug when file replaced?

When a user reports for example a TV episode

I then replace the file but now I cannot reply to the user or even see what the report was, as it’s blank and has an error “There’s an issue with the server”

I can confirm the episode was 100% replaced and scanned in

Is anyone else seeing this issue?
