# Request: Show lyrics mode in Plexamp

I use Plexamp on an Asus CM3 Chromebook as a family music player. Similar to changing the album artwork to a visualization mode (by clicking on the album art), our family would like to enable a Show lyrics mode where each subsequent song played automatically loads the lyrics instead of requiring a click for each song. Extra points for syncing the lyrics with downloaded songs for the same behavior when playing music offline.

we pay per lyric, so hence why we need to disable it after each track.

Ah, the current setup makes sense then. Shame the lyrics cannot be stored with the song once requested though.

hey boss, just make a setting item called “always show lyric if ID3 embedded or .lrc provided”.
problem solved.
