Server Version#: 1.19.3.2843
Player Version#: 4.30.2

Keeping multiple versions for playing on different devices is nice. When playing them in Plex Player I can choose “Play Version”. The issue is that I can’t tell which file uses which codec.

Since some Codecs work locally and not remotely, It would be helpful if “Play Version” showed more information than Mbps and lines of resolution. **Please include Codec and container.**

there’s already a feature request for this; you can vote for it…

Ultimately I deleted the special edition from my server entirely to avoid confusion in the future, but this presents a problem. The information provided by the “Play Version” modal is not particular…
