# Restrictions: Exclude by Tag not working

Server Version#: Version 1.25.6.5577  
Player Version#: Version 4.75.0

I created a new account, shared remote library access excluding the tag “private”. And that account is still able to view and play the titles that have been tagged private.

What am I missing?

Can you screenshot the Edit screen for a movie or TV show, showing the tag? I thought it might be case sensitive, but my testing shows that to not be true.

Hello,

seems I am having the same problem.  
I want to tag some music artists to NOT show up in my wife’s plex account (as she is not into that music). Ideally I can create a collection with all music to be EXCLUDED.

Not working. What am I doing wrong?
