Hi, I am so frustrated with this, I even recently upgraded my Roku device but I am still having the same issue. I guess the Roku player cannot direct-play HEVC video content. And your Plex-media-server must not be strong enough to transcode HEVC files to x.264 in real time. ---

I think is Roku and not my server (wd my cloud ultra x2) since I can play those files using all my other devices. ---

(You do know that AAC audio gets an instant remux - due to a bug in the Roku OS - I don’t have any AAC Audio, and I sure don’t have any AAC 5.1 audio) It also doesn’t have anything to do with MKV files.
