I mean, do you not realize the the majority of the reviews were given loooooong before this craptastic insh!tification of an update to the UI? The issues are specifically and ONLY about the recent UI change. Any reviews or ratings prior to this UI update are completely irrelevant now. PS. yes Plex addressed this publicly and Plex attempted to “fix” the issues users complained about… stating they they “took it to heart”, but they didn’t address the core issue at all. The recent beta isn’t really much better at all.
