I have a Smasung Smart TV 75 inch and 55 inch Model UN55TU700DF and they load the Plex App but when trying to play Video it says unable to read Media files but the Video plays on other Smart TV’s and Mobile Apps. Is there a setting I need to change to fix. Server Version#: Player Version#:
