mobile s6 it's showing arabic subtitle, plz help

Your subtitle is probably saved in the wrong encoding. Plex only supports UTF-8.

If it's a .srt file, open the subtitle in a texteditor that can set the encoding (like Notepad++).
Then change the file encoding to UTF-8 and save the file.
Place the file next to your movie and re-scan the library.
On the left hand side of the Preplay screen in the app, make sure that the correct subtitle is selected.

Why PLEX not just support the Arabic encodes iso-8859, and windows 1256 ?

Because Plex supports many platforms and devices where these codepages simply don't exist.
There is a solution for all these character encoding issues, and that is to use a 16-bit character encoding, so switching codepages is no longer necessary.
And that is UTF-8.

@OttoKerner
but on PLEX, I made that downloading subtitles automatically, and my server not in my home and there is a lot of stuff so that I can downloading them manually!

I hope in the near future PLEX will support the Arabic encodes.
