Server Version#: 1.22.0.4145 Player Version#: 4.51.3 Tuner Make/Model: HDHomerun Quadro Guide/Lineup name: Freeview UK Using XMLTV?: what now? Channel number/Name: n/a Hi, I have just installed the DVR function, and so far so good - except I cannot search the guide. I have already tried the following \*Restarted the server \*Refreshed the guide \*used a different browser \*used incognito mode and still no results in the search for the Live TV guide. Can anyone help? ---

Could you confirm something? Make sure you are already in the Live TV & DVR library - i.e. click on it in the left side bar. Clear out the search input field and type in the search term again. Do you get results in this second attempt? ---

Hi, Yes I am in the Live TV & DVR Library - I’ve just rechecked it, and I am actually getting some results, for example “news” returns a load of results, but other search terms don’t (like University should return “University Challenge” but it doesn’t) I will optimise the database and see if that helps ---

Yes, after I optimised the database in Troubleshooting it appears all results are showing up now ---

Is your server running during the server maintenance hours? Yes it runs 24/7 - but I see the database is optimised once per week, and I have only just added Live TV so I assume the database had not been optimised since I had done that and downloaded the guide ---

When I first added Live TV, it took about 90 minutes to download the Guide, now it takes about 10 minutes to refresh - I don’t know if that means anything ---
