This is a very long time to be kept in the dark. Longtime LIFETIME pass user here, I have encouraged literally dozens of people to buy into Plex and now most of us are beginning to wonder about this choice and the need to hedge our bets via another product.
How about being open enough to tell us the nature of the issue and why the delay. Seems the minimum effort and customer respect at this point.
I did a search and found no details, so if someone can point me to a Plex post that already does that thank you and I apologize for this post if that is the case.
On a side note I find it a bit of an odd coincidence ChukPA EOSL’s and now QNAP Plex is basically EOSL as well.
