# Server can't be seen!

I have

1. Launch the Plex Web app for your Plex account at [http://127.0.0.1:32400/web](http://127.0.0.1:32400/web).
2. Select your Plex Media Server from the dropdown list of Plex Media Servers available.
3. Open Settings - Go to the Server Tab.
4.

 “server settings are unavailable

```

I am signed into the account

I have done all that you have said including added Firefox is a browser the same results I can log into plextv okay when I log into my local Plex server I see all my files I see all my videos I see all that and tells me to sign in and when I try to sign in it comes back and says there’s a problem signing into your account will this ever end

please take a screenshot of that

please take a screenshot of where you are trying sign in and the error message
