Hello.
I was going to watch something on my Plex server today but I only get this message and I can’t claim the server or do anything else?
“Your home screen is based on sources pinned to your sidebar. Choose a source from the More menu and pin it to see its content here.”
Can someone please help?
Is your server running on DSM 7 ?
If so:
I tried that now, but I get the same message?
If I go to my local ip:32400 i get this message?
Not authorized
You may be able to claim it by choosing “Open Plex…” from the Plex menu in the macOS menu bar or Windows system tray. For more troubleshooting tips, see our [support article]
I did it one more time but used to default Synology spk and after some time I cloud claim the server! Thank you so much! 
If you get “Not Authorized” or other errors,
Check the DSM network config.
Make certain DSM can get to the internet.
PMS uses the DSM network connections for authentication.
