# Server Crashing Randomly on Windows 10

The logs here - captured on 7th Feb at 21:12 show a different issue from the crashes seen in other logs. The logs show a deadlock locking out requests to the server from about 20:37. There are specific diagnostics needed for deadlocks. I suggest we see if they continue after resolving the crashes - being progressed here [Plex Keeps Crashing - #27 by sa2000](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plex-keeps-crashing/687699/27)

Deadlock diagnostics would include getting list of connections, forcing a process dump and getting the logs - best to defer that until the other repeating issue (crashes) is resolved.
