Have a look → [Linux Tips - #26 by ChuckPa](https://forums.plex.tv/t/linux-tips/276247/26) which uses don’t match parameters …

```auto
find <path> -type d '!' -perm 755 -exec chmod 755 {} ';'
find <path> -type f '!' -perm 644 -exec chmod 644 {} ';'

```

Very handy for situations like this.
