# Server not available on Shield

Hi  
I haven’t been able to figure out why this is happening. The plex server on my Windows PC becomes unavailable on my shield randomly. If I go to the remote access settings on my pc and click retry for port 32400 then restart the app on the shield the server shows up and can play content .  
Anyone else have this problem by chance and found a solution. It gets annoying having to go to the pc and refresh the remote server setting to get the plex server back up on the shield app.
