Server Version#: 1.25.2.5319 running on Synology NAS

I have certain movies in a movie library that Plex is not recognizing. It’s HEVC in x265. I can play it fine in VLC, etc. I believe the folder and file are both named properly. I tried [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) but it did not help. I’m stumped and will appreciate any help in troubleshooting.

Here is the MediaInfo for one of the files, if it helps.
